Crush 40

Crush 40 est un groupe rock américain japonais à l'origine connu comme les "maching pumpis qui ont été faits pour créer de la musique pour SEGA f) avec le jeu NASCAR .Le cœur du groupe est le guitariste de hard rock henry jach et le chanteur Johnny Gioeli, qui est aussi le chanteur pour les groupes Axel Rudi Pell et Hardline

Jun Senoue a aussi fais des musiques comme "Race to Win"(Sonic Rivals 2) ou encore l'arrangement de "Angel Island Zone"(Sonic 3) pour Super Smash Bros. Brawl


Histoire :

Crush 40 a commencé par le guitariste Jun Senoue et son emploi avec Sega. Après l'achèvement des études au collège/l'université en 1993, jun Senoue a été employé par Sega pour être un compositeur de musique pour des jeux vidéo. Son premier projet créait deux chansons pour Sonic The Hedgehog 3. Plus tard, il a travaillé sur d'autres jeux comme Dark Wizzard, Sonic 3D blast (Sega MegaDrive version), Sega rally 2 et Daytona USA: Championship Circuit Edition.

En 1998,Jun Senoue est entré en contact avec le chanteur de Hardline, Johnny Gioeli et a enregistré leur première chanson comme un groupe, Open Your Hearth. Après la fabrication de la chanson, qui serait plus tard sur le jeu vidéo "Sonic Adventure", les deux sont restée en contact. Finalement cette relation a engendré une bande de projet pour rendre la bande sonore pour un autre jeu Senoue travaillé sur, NASCAR Arcade. la bande a été formée sous le nom "Sons of Angels". Le groupe fut renommé plus tard Crush 40 par la nièce de Johnny Gioeli, Nelly Stindi, qui n'avait que 2 ans.

La bande originale a inclus Senoue comme le guitariste, Gioeli le chant et Naoto Shibata et Hirotsugu Homma jouant la basse et les tambours, respectivement. En 2000, la bande a sorti leur album du Thrill of the Feel through Victor Entertainment [1] [4] l'album a contenu toutes les traces(pistes) qu'ils avaient écrites pour NASCAR Arcade.


la bande refaite la surface pendant le développement de Sonic Adventure 2(Sur Dreamcast). Naoto Shibata et Hirotsugu Homma ne pouvait pas participer
